Legacy: It's a word we've been hearing a lot recently. And it's an important concept as we consider what we're passing on spiritually to the next generation. Paul charged Timothy with the responsibility of passing on to others what he had received. "You have heard me teach many things that have been confirmed by many reliable witnesses. Teach these great truths to trustworthy people who are able to pass them on to others" (2 Tim. 2:2 NLT).

April 18 is our "Legacy Sunday" at E.T. Our Pastor Emeritus, Dr. Dan Beller will be sharing a great message that we all need to hear and to pass on to others. Between the two services, at 10:10 a.m., we will have a potluck brunch and a "generation appreciation" time in the Family Life Center. We want everyone who attends both services to come to this fellowship time as an opportunity to connect the generations. Then the second service will begin at 11:00 a.m. Plan to attend this special day, and invite someone to come with you. And remember, in order to leave a legacy, we must first build a legacy and live a legacy. May God help us all to fulfill that challenge.
